Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent & Learning Development Specialist to cover a 6-month leave. This role is a pivotal blend of Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, Talent Management project execution, and specialized Learning Management System (LMS) administration. You will be essential in designing and delivering programs that foster continuous employee development and support our firm-wide talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project manage key talent management processes, including performance management (goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews) and succession planning.

Collaborate closely with Human Resources partners to fully integrate L&D initiatives into overall HR strategies.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the learning and talent management functions.

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors to source and implement cutting-edge learning solutions and tools.

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience.

Update and deliver New Hire Orientation on a weekly basis to newly hired employees.

Develop and distribute weekly development content for employees firm-wide.

Lead the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) – UKG ProLearning.

Manage all administrative functions of the LMS, including building course shells, auto-assigning training based on demographics, managing delayed due dates for employees on leave, and generating complex reporting for internal audit and various teams.

Develop and manage engaging e-learning content using platforms like Coursera and Pluralsight.

Act as a liaison with compliance teams, ensuring all learning programs adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Track and report on training metrics for both e-learning platforms and UKG ProLearning.

Engage with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of learning programs with organizational objectives.
