Qualifications

J.D. or LLM from an ABA Accredited Law School

Active Bar License in Good Standing from any U.S. State or Puerto Rico (Required)

U.S. Work Authorization (Required)

Responsibilities

Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines

Train and supervise staff

Prepare and revise court documents

Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda

Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law

Market the law firm's services

Handle USCIS interviews and court hearings and trials
