Base pay range $90.00/yr - $110.00/yr

Build and Lead a New Residential Electrical Division At Anderson Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, we’re expanding our home services legacy by launching a residential electrical division—starting now. We’re hiring a seasoned field leader to stand up operations, shape standards, and mentor a growing team from day one.

A day in the role

Kick off with a quick ops huddle, review the board, and set priorities for crews and apprentices.

Walk jobs, verify safety practices, and ensure workmanship exceeds NEC, local code, and company standards.

Coach in the field—shadow, troubleshoot, and perform hands‑on work as the team scales.

Develop and refine workflows: installation best practices, QA checklists, safety protocols, and material standards.

Coordinate permits, inspections, and scheduling to keep projects moving and customers delighted.

Partner with HVAC and plumbing leadership to deliver a seamless, cross‑trade customer experience.

Close the day with quality reviews, feedback, and planning for tomorrow.

What you’ll take ownership of

Launching and scaling the residential electrical service line.

Daily field operations with a relentless focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Building, leading, and mentoring electricians and apprentices into a high‑performing unit.

Scheduling, permitting, inspections, and quality control across service and install work.

Hands‑on field support while the department grows into a full Electrical Manager structure.

What you bring

5+ years in residential electrical, with proven supervisory or leadership responsibilities.

Demonstrated success building teams and scaling a department.

Deep residential expertise: service and remodels, panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting, home automation, and whole‑home generator installs.

Strong communication, organization, and a passion for craftsmanship and customer care.
