General responsibilities include proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration and accounts receivable. This position is intended to train new personnel who will eventually have a sales territory.
This Sales Consultant in Training – On Premise position supports, services and maintains accounts in the Twin Cities area. In addition, this position may also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in‑store tastings, and servicing accounts.
Job Responsibilities
Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
Develops and maintains relationships with customers
Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship of the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, having excellent customer service and a "can‑do" attitude
Perform other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Work experience in the liquor industry, such as bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. – a plus
Goal and results oriented
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work
Competitive, self‑motivated and customer service orientated
Professional written and oral communication skills – a must
Have reliable transportation with valid insurance
Good driving record
Ability to lift 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
The expected pay for this role is $21.63/hr. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, labor markets, education, experience, certifications, etc.
