Overview Palmstone Capital is a modern investment‑banking and capital‑advisory firm advising mid‑market companies across Europe and the U.S. on capital raising, growth financing, and M&A transactions.
We combine institutional‑quality execution with a tech‑driven origination engine that produces a constant flow of warm, pre‑qualified founders already seeking funding or exits.
What You’ll Do
Engage directly with interested leads – founders and executives already expressing interest in advisory support.
Lead short, decisive advisory conversations (2‑call close process). Diagnose, position, and convert.
Negotiate and close engagement mandates – you own the commercial relationship.
Oversee execution through our internal analysts and investor network until successful closing.
Manage investor communication, data room preparation, and transaction coordination.
Collaborate with Palmstone’s origination team to refine outreach and maximize conversion rates.

Compensation
Percentage of engagement and success fees from all mandates you close and manage.
Transparent, performance‑based model – no cap, no politics, no hierarchy.
Optional equity or profit participation based on performance.
No fixed salary – this is a partner‑level position designed for high‑performing closers who want freedom and unlimited upside.
Who You Are
7–10+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate finance.
Proven record of closing mandates – confident leading commercial discussions and moving deals fast.
Deep understanding of capital markets, valuations, and investor communications.
Comfortable in short‑cycle sales environments – thrives on direct decision‑making and results.
Strong presence and credibility with founders, boards, and investors.
Entrepreneurial and outcome‑driven – motivated by ownership, not employment.
