Skills & Experience
5-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles in a corporate or freelance capacity.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, who also loves collaboration and empowering others to thrive.
A passion for learning & development, coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities
Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions.
Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided.
Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates.
Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates.
Support onboarding processes as you build, train and mentor your team.
