Overview
The Director, Client Engagement plays a vital leadership role in ensuring client happiness, enhancing business impact, and coordinating account profitability. You’ll lead a team that orchestrates work across various internal teams to deliver a consistent and positive client experience. How You’ll Make an Impact
This role reports to a senior leader within the Client Engagement organization. You will engage in close collaboration with internal sales, client services, and delivery teams, in addition to external client participants. You’ll lead all aspects of a matrixed, cross‑functional team, delivering timely performance evaluations to both direct and indirect reports. You excel in taking ownership and solving intricate challenges. You’ll play a direct role in crafting client happiness and profitability, collaborating with a large, geographically dispersed, and multicultural organization. You will partner with clients to define and implement their vision, driving significant business outcomes. The role offers a unique balance of leadership, strategy, and hands‑on problem‑solving. You will lead efforts to streamline engagement delivery, focusing on improving value for clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, negotiating with key partners to achieve desired business outcomes and eliminate roadblocks. You will also be a key leader in orchestrating solutions across multiple products to meet complex client needs. What You’ll Achieve

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of professional experience, with an emphasis on services 5+ years of managing a team Why You Might Stand Out: Experience in Martech or Adtech A track record of driving scalable, repeatable processes and governance Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of profitability drivers Consistent track record of working through others and building high‑performing teams Experience with contracts, contract negotiation, and leading contract terms Committed to achieving results and motivating teams to reach set objectives Base Salary
$128,300 – $141,800 per year. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable laws. Benefits
