Skills We’re Looking For

12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data architecture, solution engineering, or consulting leadership, with specialization in modern data integration platforms, data lakes, transformation pipelines, and large‑scale implementation programs.

Deep technical fluency with the modern data stack, including data ingestion tools, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, SQLMesh, Prefect), and observability or metadata catalog solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in enterprise replication from transactional databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, SAP) into analytical or data lake platforms—experience designing and tuning log‑based replication, schema mapping, and network/security controls within customer‑managed environments.

Practical implementation experience with open table formats like Delta Lake or Apache Iceberg, including schema evolution, time travel, compaction strategies, file pruning, and optimization for cost‑effective, high‑performance analytics.

Strong command of containerized environments, Linux‑based deployments, and infrastructure orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Vault, KMS), particularly in customer‑managed deployment architectures.

Proven ability to architect solutions at scale—leading end‑to‑end design for large enterprise clients, optimizing ingestion and transformation flows, driving data governance alignment, and ensuring platform reliability and scalability.

Highly proficient in SQL and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell—building automation frameworks, troubleshooting deployments, and guiding teams in operational hand‑offs and best practices.

Experience producing internal frameworks, reusable assets, and technical enablement collateral for onboarding, delivery excellence, and team‑wide knowledge sharing.

Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional collaboration—working with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering stakeholders to influence roadmap priorities, surface customer feedback, and drive delivery quality.

Ability to engage executive stakeholders and technical sponsors to articulate architectural trade‑offs, business value, and ROI in complex enterprise environments.

Experience working with Fortune 500 or high‑growth enterprise customers, including those undergoing data modernization, cloud migration, or building AI/ML‑enabled pipelines on open lakehouse architectures.

Passion for mentoring solution architects, sharing architectural vision, and enabling delivery teams through direct coaching, scalable documentation, and strategic advisory input.
