Director of the Command Center
to oversee our 24/7 operations hub — the heartbeat of our nationwide security services.
As Director, you’ll lead a dynamic team of managers, supervisors, and operators responsible for real-time monitoring, client communications, and incident escalation across all client sites. You’ll set the tone for operational excellence, drive process improvements, and ensure every call, alarm, and report is handled with precision and professionalism.
Lead and inspire a high-performing Command Center team ensuring 24/7 coverage and service excellence.
Oversee real-time monitoring of field operations, alarms, and emergencies — ensuring rapid, accurate response.
Develop and enforce SOPs for communications, dispatch, and data reporting.
Partner with IT and Operations to optimize technology platforms (CCTV, access control, GPS, scheduling, and dispatch).
Act as the key escalation point for major incidents, coordinating with law enforcement, clients, and leadership.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
Manage training, performance, and scheduling for Command Center personnel.
Uphold compliance with company policies, client standards, and all regulatory requirements.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of progressive experience in security operations, emergency communications, or command center management.
Proven leadership of large teams (20+ staff) in a 24/7 or mission-critical setting.
Expertise in dispatch, incident management, and security systems (WinTeam, eHub, etc.).
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working across technology platforms.
Availability to respond to urgent matters after hours as needed.
