PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions serving the Life Sciences sector, is seeking Project Information Management Lead (PIM) for its Puerto Rico office, to oversee the flow of data, documents, and drawings throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that information is organized, accessible, secure, and meets internal and external requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the
Project Information Management Plan (PIMP)
Manage how data and documents flow between engineering, procurement, vendors, contractors, and operations teams
Communicate PIM requirements to all stakeholders
Ensure all project data is properly organized, accessible and secure
Train contract support staff on PIM procedures
Track and report status of documents and data using defined metrics
Oversee electronic and physical data repositories (e.g., Oracle, hard copies)
Audit data and documentation processes to ensure compliance
Work with technical leads to ensure data needs and project schedules
Support transition of project data to the site and to operations
Ensure handover documentation meets quality and procedural standards
Support IT tools and systems related to document and data management
Identify and resolve gaps in contractor information management practices
Raise any documentation issues that could impact project cost, quality, or schedule
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
Technical administration and document control background
Experience with project information systems and tools
10 years in database management
10 years with Microsoft Teams / SharePoint
10 years with Bluebeam
10 years with AutoCAD / Plant
10 years with GMARS / MXES or similar maintenance systems
5 years with Autodesk Construction Cloud
Knowledge of DeltaV
Familiarity with systems like Procore, Coreworx
Desired Soft Skills
High skill in written communication
Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skill
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving
Able to work well in fast-paced, changing environment
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Fluent in English and Spanish
