The Opportunity As a Senior Manager you will drive the sales pipeline and design Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) EAM solutions for customers. Your objectives include increasing revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness; ensuring solutions meet customer requirements; and delivering complex solutions as per customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in the EAM space.

Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise.

Strengthen collective EAM knowledge and resolve clients’ EAM challenges.

Work with the business development team to jointly assess customer opportunities.

Capture Maximo/MAS requirements and design end-to-end solutions addressing customers’ business drivers.

Support development of new Maximo/MAS opportunities with the business development teams.

Provide consultancy on customers’ requirements.

Participate in the RFI/RFP process and develop proposals aligned with customer needs.

Present technical solutions to customers, formally and informally.

Author high-quality solution descriptions and diagrams as part of the RFI/RFP process.

Gather and consolidate market observations and trends.

Validate order documentation before submission to the delivery team.

Advise Service Delivery and Operations teams during implementation to ensure profitable, high-quality engagement delivery.

Provide reports on top opportunities, weekly progress, and ad-hoc reports requested by management.

Maintain and upskill knowledge of products, services, and industry practices.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.

8 to 10 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with 7 years of related work experience.

At least 8 years of experience delivering Maximo/MAS services to EAM clients.

Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics, and business development.

Flexibility to work across advisory services if needed.

Proven work experience in utility, oil and gas, media and entertainment, regulatory, customer, supply chain, finance transformation, or implementation.

Ability to travel 60+%; valid driver’s license and US passport required.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Experience with schedule, dispatch, and mobile.

Compatible units experience.

Project systems, structure, WBS creation, and accounting linkage experience.

Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Additional EAM product experience.

Experience with EAM configuration tools.

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging $171,600 to $392,100 in all geographic locations in the US.
