The opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, the
Director of Logistics & Operations
will play a critical role in scaling the company’s operational foundation to support long-term growth. This individual will be responsible for building and refining systems and core processes across the business, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a seamless customer experience and a disciplined approach to profitability.
The role requires a strategic operator who brings a people-first mindset to systems and execution. From overseeing daily workflows to developing scalable infrastructure, the Director of Logistics & Operations will work cross-functionally to drive alignment, efficiency, and momentum. This includes close collaboration with all teams—corporate and retail alike—to ensure the business is positioned to deliver against goals with clarity and consistency.
Responsibilities
Implement tools and best practices across the company to drive operational efficiency, establish processes, and encourage ongoing learning and development.
Oversee all operational aspects of ecommerce, wholesale and retail store replenishments.
Manage 3PL for all inbound and outbound activity and ensure accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
Manage day to day operations relating to order management, returns management and customer experience.
Oversee inventory management, both physically and virtually (via Oracle/Netsuite).
Contribute to the management of the entire supply chain from development to production to fulfillment.
Proactively identify and work with all team members to understand operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Provide ongoing support and ensure processes are being shared and followed by retail and corporate teams.
Develop, document, implement, and manage the rollout of new processes and tools.
Perform data analysis as needed.
Manage the relationship(s) with company’s key suppliers, providing clarity, focus and direction to ensure systems and processes are followed, goals are met, and results are measured and celebrated.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business improvement.
Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization.

Qualifications
BA / BS or equivalent.
10 years experience in operations or supply chain.
Deep expertise with Oracle NetSuite and Shopify a must.
Working knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Must reside in New York City.
