Senior Manager, Foundry Customer Engineering
Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Manager, Foundry Customer Engineering to drive business growth and technical excellence for our semiconductors foundry customers.
What You’ll Do The Senior Manager will manage customer programs across multiple process technologies, act as the primary technical account interface, and collaborate with internal business and engineering teams from business development to new product introduction (NPI) to full production. They will support the execution of business strategy, ensure NPI activities meet schedules and technical requirements, and drive manufacturing milestones.
Responsibilities
Support internal account strategy plan and coordinate alignment of business and engineering executions.
Provide customer satisfaction by responding to account actions and driving collaboration on technical and cost‑effective solutions to meet customer and foundry goals.
Partner with engineering and business groups to ensure NPI activities meet customer schedule and technical requirements.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 15+ years of experience, or Master’s with 13+ years, or PhD with 10+ years.
Recent experience in semiconductor process, product, or device engineering.
Preferred experience with major semiconductor foundry or IDM companies.
Preferred project management experience.
Strong customer orientation, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Location San Jose, California – daily on‑site presence at headquarters with less than 10% domestic and international travel.
Salary Base Pay Range: $180,950 – $289,050 USD. Additional incentive opportunities may apply.
