Are you a highly motivated and skilled mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney seeking an exciting opportunity to specialize in warranty-related litigation? Our client, a prestigious Am Law 200 firm, is actively seeking a dedicated attorney to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. About the Opportunity: This role offers the unique opportunity to focus exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation. While direct warranty experience is not required, candidates must possess a strong foundation in trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations. You will leverage your advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation.
Conducting motion practice.
Taking and defending depositions.
Participating in mediations.
Conducting thorough legal research.
Drafting persuasive legal writings.
Engaging in effective negotiation.
Delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
Mid- to senior-level Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience.
Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Committed to delivering high-quality work.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Remote or in one of their offices, as long as you are a member of the CA BAR and based in CA.
$170,000 to $200,000 plus bonus.
