About The Role As our first

Growth Marketing Lead , you will be responsible for building our marketing function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and brand identity for a recently funded, fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) health tech startup.

We're looking for a strategic and hands‑on leader to drive customer acquisition and build a world‑class marketing team. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, working directly with the CEO and founders. What You’ll Do

Play a key role in creating and executing the marketing strategy from the ground up; build early channels and playbooks to support the launch and growth of a new DTC health tech platform

Develop and own growth strategy across SEM, SEO, social, lifecycle, and emerging channels, leveraging data and AI‑driven insights to optimize performance and accelerate acquisition

Lead the development of marketing analytics and reporting (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion, channel mix) to ensure data‑driven decisions, efficient budget allocation, and accurate forecasting

Execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign creatives for stronger conversion

Own full‑funnel optimization, from awareness through retention, using insights to improve CAC, maximize LTV, and guide channel strategy

Build and manage lifecycle marketing programs (email, SMS, push) to drive engagement, retention, and upsell

Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, engineers and other stakeholders to define market positioning, messaging, and growth experiments that translate insights into measurable impact

Lay the foundation for a high‑performing marketing team by establishing scalable practices, systems, and culture

What We’re Looking For

4–7+ years of proven experience driving growth and performance marketing initiatives at a fast‑growing DTC company (experience with subscription‑based models is a plus)

Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition across multiple channels and driving measurable growth

Strong analytical skills with deep experience in cohort analysis, funnel metrics, CAC/LTV modeling, and attribution

Hands‑on proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Braze/Klaviyo/Iterable, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Looker

A creative, data‑driven mindset; you thrive on experimentation and can balance performance with resource allocation (financial plans) and brand integrity

Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
