AD, R&D Lab Platform – CSL
Supports the development, integration, and lifecycle management of digital platforms used in research and product development laboratories. Partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure lab systems such as ELN, LIMS, and CDS meet scientific and operational needs, while enabling data quality, compliance, and innovation.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the execution of the lab platform roadmap, supporting digital capabilities across R&D labs.
Collaborate with scientists, lab operations, IT, and platform teams to align systems with laboratory workflows and business needs.
Manage system configuration, integration, and upgrades for platforms like ELN, LIMS, and CDS.
Support platform governance by helping implement data standards, access controls, and compliance protocols.
Oversee day‑to‑day vendor management, including service delivery, license tracking, and performance monitoring.
Assist in platform modernization and automation projects to improve lab efficiency and data integrity.
Track platform adoption and performance metrics; support end‑user engagement and training efforts.
Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure system alignment with broader digital and scientific goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in lab informatics, digital platform delivery, or scientific IT in an R&D setting.
Hands‑on experience with lab systems such as ELN, LIMS, SDMS, or instrument integration tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and support cross‑functional platform implementation.
Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
