Leverage the implementation of AI agent systems for automation and leverage big data to drive automation and process improvements. Lead on-demand problem‑solving development projects supporting quality management systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and model compliance. Develop workflow automation in Atlassian and advanced Microsoft tools to facilitate problem‑solving practice, deployment of systemic improvements, and data visualization. Support the development of interactive customer communication tools. Examine and address process workflow inefficiencies and improve implementation of solutions. Lead organizational systemic improvements expanding across functional groups. Provide web development and data management support for web applications. Improve software quality management processes and capabilities. Support conformance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ASPICE certification through process improvements and internal audits. Requirements
Master of Science in Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Engineering or a related field. Ability to work independently. Project‑management facilitation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise with Lean Six Sigma tools, 8D methodology, and Agile Management. Eager to leverage AI/ML to drive operational excellence through the deployment of business process automation tools. Experience conducting data analytics and developing Power BI dashboards. Experience with industry‑standard web and business application programming languages. Familiarity with the semiconductor industry. Preferred Requirements
Experience with scientific problem‑solving methodologies and quality tools. Familiarity with integrated circuit manufacturing. Project‑management team facilitation skills. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and Microsoft Power Apps (Power Automate, MS‑Teams, Power BI). Proficiency in JQL coding. Proficiency in SQL programming. Experience with GitHub Actions Automation. Web programming skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python. Six Sigma Body of Knowledge experience (ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt certification, desirable).
