We’re seeking a highly motivated

Luxury Watch Sales Associate

to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to our walk‑in clientele and high‑value customers. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in

luxury retail, fine jewelry, or timepieces , who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑first environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide world‑class service to clients visiting our

Newport Beach showroom , ensuring a personalized and engaging sales experience. Educate clients on luxury watch brands, with a focus on

Rolex, OMEGA, Tudor, Cartier, and more . Drive sales by building lasting relationships and effectively communicating product value, provenance, and investment potential. Assist customers in buying, selling, or trading pre‑owned watches using our transparent pricing and authentication process. Maintain expert‑level knowledge of our current inventory, market trends, and competitive pricing. Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text to nurture leads and build repeat business. Support day‑to‑day showroom operations, including product display, inventory management, and in‑person consultations. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in

luxury sales , preferably with

watches, jewelry, or high‑end fashion . Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experience and close high‑value sales. Passion for luxury watches and knowledge of leading brands, particularly

Rolex and other Swiss watchmakers . Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM tools and POS systems. Self‑motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to a high‑performance retail environment. Preferred Skills

Previous experience in

Rolex, OMEGA, or Cartier sales Familiarity with the

luxury pre‑owned market
