We are recruiting two Territory Sales Managers to represent a full diamond jewelry line across established U.S. territories. These individuals will manage a strong base of wholesale accounts while expanding the brand’s presence through new acquisition. This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned sales professionals in the fine jewelry industry who are looking for flexibility, relationship‑driven sales, and the ability to carry multiple non‑competing diamond lines (if 1099).
Territories Available
Carolinas/Virginia
PA/NY/NJ, with potential to include New England
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing client base (approximately 75%)
Develop new accounts through strategic outreach and relationship building (25%)
Present and promote a premium diamond jewelry line across retail partners
Serve as a knowledgeable and consultative partner to independent jewelers
Collaborate with internal support teams for order fulfillment and client needs
Provide insight into local market trends and customer preferences
Territory Development
Manage your travel schedule and client visits independently
Leverage existing relationships while introducing the brand to new partners
Utilize marketing assets, samples, and sales tools to drive engagement and conversion
Represent the brand professionally across in‑store appointments and local events
Internal Collaboration
Receive backend support to identify prospective retailers in your territory
Partner with leadership on regional strategy and growth goals
Access resources for account support, payments, logistics, and product research
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of current territory sales experience in the fine jewelry industry (required)
Proven background in natural diamond jewelry and gold lines
Demonstrated success managing and growing a multi‑state sales territory
Strong understanding of retail operations and independent jeweler dynamics
Experience carrying multiple non‑conflicting lines is a plus (especially for 1099 candidates)
Established retail relationships within the assigned territory
Affiliations with industry buying groups (e.g., IJO, RJO)
Self‑starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
1099 candidates must not represent or carry a competing diamond jewelry line within the territory
Must have recent experience as a Territory Sales Manager (or in a comparable traveling sales capacity) with an established book of business. Candidates with only retail floor and no travel or territory management background will not be considered.
Candidates must currently reside in Carolinas/Virginia, or Pennsylvania area to be considered for this role.
Compensation & Structure
Open to either W2 (salaried + commission) or 1099 (commission‑only) structures
Strong preference for 1099 with flexibility to represent other non‑competing jewelry lines
Compensation structure will be based on experience and book of business
Other Details
Remote‑based; candidates must reside within or near one of the assigned territories
Travel expenses covered
Onboarding includes training and in‑territory support from company leadership
