Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
Our client, a globally recognized luxury brand, is seeking a
Senior Accountant - Treasury
to manage key aspects of accounting and treasury operations, including financial reporting, liquidity management, and bank reconciliations across multiple entities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy of general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting day-to-day treasury activities such as cash flow forecasting, system administration, and banking operations
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules (fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, etc.).
Perform month-end closing activities, including inventory and COGS reporting, intercompany eliminations, and financial statement preparation.
Support compliance with internal controls and accounting policies aligned with GAAP or IFRS standards.
Manage daily banking activities, including monitoring cash balances, reviewing transactions, and performing internal transfers to optimize working capital.
Administer treasury management systems, ensuring accurate setup of users, permissions, and reporting structures.
Record and track bank fees, interest expenses, and other treasury-related costs to support accurate budgeting and reporting.
Prepare and analyze cash flow statements and short-term liquidity forecasts.
Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A teams to improve visibility and accuracy in cash and financial reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or financial operations.
Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS principles, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP and treasury systems.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA or equivalent professional certification.
Experience working in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP platforms.
Familiarity with treasury management systems and bank integration processes.
Compensation:
