W3Global . Our client is seeking a highly experienced Domain Architect to join their Enterprise Architecture team. This position requires a blend of strategic architectural leadership and hands‑on technical depth. Unlike a traditional architect who only designs frameworks, this Domain Architect will be actively involved in shaping and reviewing the technical implementation of software systems. The role involves making key architectural decisions, driving technology strategy, and collaborating with other architects and stakeholders to ensure consistent, scalable, and high‑performing enterprise systems. This specific domain focuses on Stability and Productivity Engineering, where applications like ServiceNow are managed. While ServiceNow experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Strategic Domain Leadership (25%)

Lead the architecture strategy within a specific domain and influence technology direction. Partner with Domain, Solution, Technical, and Application Architects to ensure architectural consistency and strategic alignment. Develop and maintain domain technology roadmaps and architecture documentation. Evaluate technology feasibility and contribute to business case proposals. Hands‑On Solution Design & Implementation (50%)

Architect and review full‑stack solutions using microservices, distributed computing, and cloud‑native (AWS preferred) technologies. Define reusable software components, frameworks, and shared libraries to standardize design practices across teams. Review code and solution implementations to ensure architectural soundness, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with engineering teams and product stakeholders to design secure, high‑performing, and reliable applications. Technical Leadership & Governance (25%)

Participate in cross‑domain architectural reviews and governance processes. Ensure all technical solutions adhere to enterprise standards and architectural best practices. Provide mentorship to developers and architects, promoting effective system design and clean code principles. Establish clear technical documentation and knowledge‑sharing standards across teams. Required Qualifications

15–18+ years total IT experience, with 8–10+ years in an architecture role (Domain, Solution, or Application Architect). Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale applications using modern cloud‑native architectures (AWS preferred). Strong background in software engineering and database design with deep understanding of system architecture and integration. Hands‑on experience in microservices, event‑driven architecture, and distributed systems. Knowledge of DevSecOps, InfoSec, and application portfolio management. Technical Expertise

Expertise in modern application frameworks and backend systems. Experience in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for code review and architectural oversight. Understanding of data architecture, scalability design, and non‑functional performance optimization. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms is a plus. Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – able to engage with executives and engineers alike. Skilled in building consensus and influencing technical direction across teams. Strong documentation and presentation abilities. Certifications (Preferred)
