Litigation Attorney

Meagher + Geer has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney with 1–2 years of experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active bar membership in Minnesota.

Demonstrated experience handling depositions, including taking and defending them.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment

Preferred qualifications include litigation experience, appellate work, or a judicial clerkship.
