A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced
Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney
to join its thriving practice. The successful candidate may sit in either the firm’s
Washington, DC
or
Northern Virginia
office.
Responsibilities:
Advise and represent high net worth individuals and families on complex estate planning, trust administration, and related matters.
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop sophisticated wealth transfer strategies.
Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings and fiduciary accounting.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
2–10 years of trusts & estates experience , preferably in a law firm setting.
Experience working with
high net worth individuals
is required.
Active Virginia Bar membership is required.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
