The People Data Analyst will analyze and interpret people and talent acquisition data to support business strategy and HR initiatives. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, delivering reporting to various business functions, and contributing to HR projects. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze people data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Dashboard Design & Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other units to understand data needs. Process Documentation: Outline and refine processes related to data analytics. HR Project Contribution: Support projects such as Employee Listening, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning. Data Architecture & Compliance: Implement improvements to data architecture and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Training & Best Practices: Lead training sessions for users on data visualization tools. Ad Hoc Data Requests: Manage ad‑hoc data requests and develop self‑service solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, human resources, business administration, statistics, or a related field. Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and lookups. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Familiarity with people and talent acquisition data and HR metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in outlining and documenting data processes. Understanding of data compliance and regulatory requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to ad hoc requests efficiently. Knowledge and experience with SQL is a plus. Base Pay Ranges by Region: SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: $90,075.00 – $132,110.00 USD California (excl. SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: $72,825.00 – $106,810.00 USD All other cities and states: $66,600.00 – $97,680.00 USD Flexible benefits include competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, learning & development programs, flexible work environment, wellness days, volunteer days, and a three‑week Work from Anywhere option.
