Job Details

We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our growing personal injury practice. We handle a high-volume caseload of auto, premises liability, and general negligence matters and are expanding across multiple Florida markets.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury cases from inception through trial and resolution Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and maintain consistent client communication Collaborate with team members to prepare cases for arbitration or trial

Qualifications:

J.D. and active good standing with The Florida Bar Minimum of two jury trials as first chair required Strong written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
