Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections. Oversee accounts payable, vendor payables, and expense tracking. Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries. Support month‑end and year‑end close processes. Maintain accurate general ledger accounting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Utilize QuickBooks Online and NetSuite for day‑to‑day operations. Assist with special projects as systems evolve. Qualifications
3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience (Senior Project Accountant/Staff Accountant). Strong general ledger accounting, AR/AP, reconciliations, and journal entries. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite. Comfortable managing multiple branches/locations and high‑volume accounting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel up to 20% within the East Coast. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus but not required). Schedule & Location
Remote; candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S. Must observe East Coast working hours. Up to 20% travel required for branch support on the East Coast. Compensation & Benefits
