Controller – Naugatuck, CT (Onsite)
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

This hands‑on leadership role lets you take full ownership of the financial operations while also overseeing HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Oversee full‑cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and job costing.
Manage P&L, prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Oversee HR functions, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations.
Handle insurance renewals and work closely with external accountants for year‑end close.
Supervise AP and AR staff while partnering with ownership on key financial decisions.
Qualifications
8+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading a small finance team and managing P&L.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (open to equivalent experience).
Knowledge of cost accounting, job costing, and general manufacturing operations.
Strong communicator who can collaborate with leadership.
Proficient in ECI JobBOSS or similar ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
Prior HR and benefits administration experience a plus.
