Overview
In this role, you will support organizational change management at project and initiative levels by executing change management activities, including organizational readiness assessments, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change management plans. You will work with and through others and apply change management frameworks and methodology as well as support communications and training efforts, and engage with key roles in the organization. Job Responsibilities
Work with assigned project team, ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing team member adoption and usage Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance Plan, develop, coordinate, edit, and execute internal change communication Brainstorm and research ideas to help create original content that engages stakeholders, connecting them with upcoming changes Drive higher end results in utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and higher achievement of outcomes Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative Support the design, development, delivery and management of change communications Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support of design and delivery Conduct regular change, issues and status meetings to track progress and risks Provide status of work in progress and / or issues to primary sponsor, project manager, and stakeholders Lead meetings with project management teams, reporting execution plans and program expectations Provide strategic insight for projects / programs related to assigned respective business Other duties which may be assigned as needed Travel as required At Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more. While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information.
