Live in North County and looking for an opportunity closer to home? Passionate about property management and servicing tenants? Then this is the job for YOU!! Owner/Manager is looking for an experienced Property Assistant or Assistant Property Manager to support their Northern San Diego properties, based out of San Marcos. Position will have some light travel throughout the Northern SD area, and occasionally to their downtown office. Hybrid flexibility for one day work from home! Company manages a variety of properties in office and industrial. This position will support managers in managing various commercial spaces! This is a great opportunity to work with an Ownership who is growing their portfolio! They provide a positive setting, solid benefits and bonus potential!

Responsibilities

Overseeing office spaces

Assisting with lease administration

Overseeing CapEx and TI projects

Assisting in preparing and managing the operating budget for properties

Processing CAM's

Managing vendor and vendor relations

Managing compliance for tenants and vendors

Coding and inputting accounts payable

Following up on accounts receivable

Resolving tenant questions/concerns

Preparing reporting for Ownership

Coordinating tenant appreciation events

Assisting with a variety of projects for Owners

Special Skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to manage multiple projects/requests at once

Strong listening and people skills

Must have

2+ years of Commercial APM experience, open to considering a Property Administrator ready to advance!

MRI experience

MS Office - intermediate to advanced

CA RE License preferred or willing to obtain
