Public Accounting Recruiter in New York, New Jersey & Connecticut
Unique opportunity where you'll receive hands-on mentorship from a team of experienced Partners at this small firm in Connecticut. With several Partners approaching retirement age, they're looking for ambitious Tax Seniors who want to grow with the firm and become future Partners.
You'll predominantly be focusing on review work but you'll also support some complex preparation. Clients span multiple industries. Outside of business season, you'll support auditing and accounting work.
The Partners want to mentor you to become a future Manager and Partner. So if you've got 3+ years of tax experience and you're not getting the advancement you deserve in your current firm, this is your chance to make your move and advance your career.
Responsibilities
Review work for a wide range of clients across multiple industries.
Support complex tax preparation assistance.
Provide audit and accounting support outside of business season.
Work under mentorship to develop toward Manager and Partner roles.
Qualifications
3+ years of tax experience.
Ambitious and ready to advance within a growing firm.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
