Job Description
Play a crucial role in reviewing weekly payrolls for prevailing wage and union jobs, ensuring compliance with rate of pay and overtime rules. You will also be responsible for uploading all necessary reports and supporting documentation on LCPTracker and other required reporting software, and assisting with audits related to prevailing wage and union jobs.
Responsibilities
Review weekly payrolls for prevailing wage and union jobs, confirming rate of pay and overtime rules.
Upload all reports and supporting documentation on LCPTracker and other required reporting software.
Assist with audits on prevailing wage and union jobs.
Provide support for resolving any payroll discrepancies related to prevailing wage or union contracts.
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure employee records are up-to-date with union and prevailing wages.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in payroll processing and management.
Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables.
Experience with certified payrolls.
Experience with LCPTracker.
Pay The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
