We are seeking a motivated
Associate Attorney
to join a pharmaceutical and medical device practice group. This is a
contract-to-hire
opportunity offering exposure to complex, large‑scale mass tort litigation.
Responsibilities
Manage a large caseload of pharmaceutical and medical device personal injury/product liability cases
Draft pleadings, respond to discovery, and prepare settlement documents
Communicate directly with clients and co-counsel
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex matters
Qualifications
J.D. with 1–5 years of litigation experience (PI, product liability, or mass tort preferred)
Licensed to practice in Texas
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
Eager to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
