Employment Law Attorney (Plaintiff) | Beverly Hills, CA (2 Days remote)
A leading plaintiff-side employment law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Law Attorney to represent workers in complex workplace rights cases. This full‑time, hybrid position offers opportunities for impact litigation and client advocacy.
Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial. Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation. Draft complaints, motions, discovery and legal briefs. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions and trials. Negotiate settlements and advocate for employee rights. Qualifications
1‑5+ years of litigation experience in employment law. Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL. Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity. Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors that may affect pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Base Pay Range
