Job Summary As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, and ensure safety and sanitation compliance. Your responsibilities include:
Managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
Planning and creating all menus.
Purchasing and managing inventory.
Rolling out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred.
Three to five years of culinary management experience.
High‑volume production and catering experience essential.
Previous experience managing cost controls.
Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company.
Compensation Salary: $118,500.00 – $120,000.00
Other compensation: 10% bonus.
