Job Title: Super Bowl Experience (SBX) Teammate
Location: Moscone Center – 747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103
Event Date(s): Tuesday, February 3 – Saturday, February 7, 2026
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Overview: SSI is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our San Francisco team for the 2026 Super Bowl Experience. As a Teammate, you will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable experience for fans, guests, and VIP attendees at the Super Bowl Experience!
The Super Bowl Experience (SBX) is the NFL’s primary fan-facing event, taking place in the days leading up to the big game in San Francisco. SBX is an interactive park, offering participatory games, youth flag football clinics, NFL Shop merchandise, sponsor activations, and autograph sessions. Fans will find opportunities for personalized digital photos, a 40‑yard dash and vertical jump, Super Bowl rings on display, photos with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, and so much more!
Responsibilities: Teammate positions are a combination of fan‑facing service (facilitating games, monitoring queue lines) and technology roles (taking photos and operating tablets/QR scanners). Teammates will be constantly interacting with fans and require a strong hospitality or customer service skill set. Many of these positions require staff to be on their feet for the majority of their shifts, and some may be located outdoors. The primary focus of technology‑related positions includes taking pictures and assisting guests in registering on the NFL’s One Pass app.
Key Tasks:
Engage with attendees to enhance their event‑day experience.
Greet and assist fans with event information and directions.
Ensure guests have an accurate expectation of the experience prior to entering.
Support various event operations, including ticketing, queue monitoring, and logistics.
Check tickets and ensure The Experience (SBX) is operated in a safe manner.
Facilitate attendees’ participation in the games and attractions.
Direct guests to visit the Vince Lombardi trophy and other iconic NFL Memorabilia.
Collaborate with security and other staff for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Passion for sports, especially NFL football.
Previous event experience is a plus.
Minimum education requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet and/or move for extended periods of time.
Minimum shift commitment (4 shifts) *NO Game Day Shifts Available*
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must clear a background check.
Must be able to follow clear instructions and attendance policies.
Must have proper authorization to work in the United States and be ready to present valid I9 documents.
