About Us We are a detail-oriented accounting team managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and hotel deposits. You will play a key role in our financial operations and assist the Property Accountant with various administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Accounts Management:

Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and deposits. Make calls to new and outstanding accounts to keep AR aging within corporate standards.

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive support to the Property Accountant, including human resources, payroll tasks and other duties as needed.

Communication:

Engage with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner and participate in credit meetings to discuss account statuses.

Attention to Detail:

Maintain organized filing systems for direct billing and assist with the accurate administration of accounts.

Confidentiality:

Handle and manage confidential information with integrity, ensuring the security of proprietary and trade secret information.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
