Job Summary This Senior Account Executive – VMS is focused on acquiring new search agreements and expanding existing client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Drive 50% new business acquisition and 50% account expansion through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Implement a consultative sales strategy to establish and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Negotiate and secure search agreements with client decision‑makers.
Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, including interactions and transactions, in CRM systems.
Prepare and deliver timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications Education & Years of Experience
Associate’s Degree plus 5‑7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7‑9 years of work experience.
Additional Experience
Experience in healthcare staffing or sales.
Medefis, Shiftwise, and/or B4health experience.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work performed in an office/home office environment.
Team members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
