Base pay range $155,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Our Solution Despite growing tailwinds intech and manufacturing industries in the US, existing software tools are inadequate to keep up with the rapid iteration and accelerated pace of hardware development. Integrate is developing a modern, specialized software solution that will enable seamless communication between all stakeholders internal and external to bring on the future, faster.
Responsibilities
Own the front end — lead development of beautiful, high-performance, and accessible user interfaces that delight users and drive product adoption.
Champion design systems — collaborate with design to evolve and maintain scalable UI components and patterns.
Drive pixel‑perfect implementation — turn Figma into functional reality with precision, attention to detail, and thoughtful transitions/animations.
Push the stack — collaborate on API design and architecture to ensure the frontend is blazing fast, efficient, and maintainable.
Mentor and lead — review frontend code, share best practices, and guide other developers toward quality and consistency.
Triage, debug, and optimize — identify UI/UX issues, performance bottlenecks, and cross‑browser quirks across a range of devices and viewports.
Shape product and process — participate in design and technical discussions, bringing strong opinions on how to build better interfaces, faster.
Contribute to documentation — help improve internal tooling, guides, and onboarding materials, especially those related to frontend work.
You are
Comfortable with 45+ hour weeks.
Over‑communicator.

Comfortable in an iterative, agile environment where each deployment is key to application growth.
Comfortable with receiving and giving kind, constructive criticism.

Preferred Experience
Hold or have held a TS SCI clearance.
Been an early member of a startup ( Solid understanding of front‑end development (not allergic to JS).
Solid understanding of non‑OOP styles backend languages.
Experience in the full software development lifecycle.
Can reason about architecture and infrastructure improvements.
Experience in modularizing code and implementing reusable components.
