Georgetown, TX (Note: This position reports to an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.)

Key Responsibilities
Ensure safety and profitability while adhering to the Glaser Group’s Business Plan.
Produce manager schedules, approve requests/punches, and turn over daily/weekly deposits with payroll, safe accountability, and audits.
Collaborate with the Kitchen Department Manager on initiatives such as:
Food safety checks and calibrations
Operating supply inventory and ordering
Monitoring kitchen operational metrics and targets
Partner with the Guest Service Manager on initiatives such as:
Hospitality standards and overall guest satisfaction
POP and signage
Monitoring operational metrics and targets
Work with the People Department Manager on initiatives such as:
Ongoing team training
Team promotions, recognition, and turnover
Team scheduling
The General Manager will report directly to the Area Supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum age 25.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.
Background check required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
McDonald’s managerial experience or equivalent quick‑service restaurant experience.
Bilingual ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a major plus.
Basic computer skills.
Availability to work an average of 45–48 hours per week, including a mix of dayparts, two Sundays, and two closing shifts.
