Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant, ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Lead Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve their departments.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
Qualifications Certified General Manager required.
Pay $50,000 – $65,000
Additional Information Pay rate is $50k – $65k for certified General Managers. This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC.
