Job Description This position is responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing, and hardware/software integration and verification. The individual will develop embedded software in C++ and an embedded operating system in an Agile environment using JIRA, Git, and Confluence, applying appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing
Develop embedded software.
Integrate algorithms into C/C++ applications.
Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities.
Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems.
Apply knowledge of computer hardware, software, and the subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications.
Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

Basic Qualifications

For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate's final work location. Premium Pay Statement – The annual base salary range in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $107,300 – $185,840.
