We expect full‑time employment with up to 20% travel.

The Opportunity As a Manager in the Merger and Acquisition Tax team, you will deliver benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. You will supervise, develop, coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving complex problems and delivering quality deliverables. You will leverage team strengths, manage performance, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

4 years of experience.

A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

CPA, member of the bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify.

What Sets You Apart

Juris Doctorate preferred.

Broad knowledge in partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

Proficiency in partnership taxation and qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Proficiency in U.S. federal income tax law related to partnerships.

Advanced technical writing and reviewing skills.

Ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships.

Experience defining resource requirements and project workflow.

Proven leadership in establishing direction and motivating team members.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
