ECS Limited is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to join our Denver field services team and advance in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for the overall success of a variety of projects and will consult with clients and project teams to meet project deadlines from proposal to final invoice payment.
Responsibilities
Primarily involved with tasks supporting the management of construction materials testing projects, including daily report review, resolution of technical and administrative issues, and training of field staff on your projects.
Manage project budgets, prepare invoices, pay applications, and assist with collection efforts.
Prepare and review proposals and change orders.
Actively mentor junior staff and support overall development of the team.
Host or attend project discussions with clients and follow up on reports as necessary.
Effectively prioritize and understand urgency of work to meet project deadlines.
Market our services, maintain, and further develop a client database.
Collaborate with other managers to assist in making staffing decisions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in any of the multidisciplinary Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, and Geology.
A minimum of 5 full years of relevant experience.
PE highly preferred but other relevant certifications and direct experience will be considered.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance if driving on behalf of ECS.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Dependable, self‑motivated, responsible and detail‑oriented.
Extensive knowledge of CMT principles and applications.
Extensive knowledge of construction materials testing and laboratory ASTM standards.
Ability to work effectively in teams, with clients, peers and subordinates, as well as independently.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent marketing skills and ability to manage and develop new clients.
Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
The expected pay range for this role and location is $90,000 - $115,000/year. The final agreed‑upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
