This client is a leading expert in global inventory, data collection, and technology innovation.

Job Description We’re looking for a principal/lead Full‑Stack Engineer who lives and breathes modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular) and can own the end‑to‑end user experience while confidently building robust back‑end services. You’ll design pixel‑perfect, performant UIs, architect component systems, and connect them to scalable APIs in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Front‑End (70%+ focus)

Build complex, responsive SPAs using React (hooks, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit) or Angular (standalone components, signals, RxJS).

Lead UI architecture: component libraries, design systems, state management, accessibility (a11y), and performance.

Implement advanced patterns: lazy loading, code splitting, SSR (Next.js/Nuxt), PWAs, micro–frontends.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers via Figma to produce clean, reusable code.

Own testing with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright.

Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) and bundle size.

Back‑End & Full‑Stack

Design and maintain REST APIs (.NET).

Write clean, typed services in C#.

Manage data layers: SQL (Azure SQL), caching (Redis).

Deploy via CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Cross‑Functional

Ship features from concept to production.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on‑call rotation.

Mentor junior engineers on front‑end best practices.

Qualifications – Must Have

5+ years experience with React or Angular.

TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Tailwind/PostCSS).

Build & tooling expertise: Webpack / Vite / Angular CLI, ESLint, Prettier, Git.

C#/.NET.

Databases: AzureSQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL; basic ORM (Entity Framework).

Cloud & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), AWS/GCP/Azure basics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building a design system or component library (Storybook).

Led migration from AngularJS → Angular or from class components → hooks.

Experience with Next.js, Nuxt, or Angular Universal (SSR).

Contribution to open‑source UI libraries.

Familiarity with WebSockets, Server‑Sent Events, real‑time UIs (Socket.io, SignalR).

AWS, React, or Angular certifications (nice to have).

Who You Are

You obsess over UX details but ship fast.

You write components once and reuse everywhere.

You can explain React reconciliation or Angular change detection in plain English.

You’ve debugged a memory leak in a 100‑component tree at 2 AM.

You value clean code, tests, and user empathy.

Local to Plano, TX is preferred, remote within the USA will be considered.

12‑month 1099 contract to start, with an option to convert after 6 months.

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship unavailable.

Available EST/CST working hours.

Strong communication skills and an ownership mentality.
