Senior Manager – Dynamic Work PMO Team As a Senior Manager on the Dynamic Work PMO team, you’ll use data and analytics to influence key decisions and drive space planning strategies. You’ll design, refine, and maintain data that powers Fidelity’s space planning and allocation efforts, improving data quality, integrating new sources, and partnering with Corporate Services Technology to enhance availability and reliability. Your insights will inform actionable recommendations that optimize and align our space with business needs. This role is key to enabling a connected, data-driven approach to space planning.
Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required, with 7+ years of experience in analytics, enterprise data strategy, or data engineering
Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions for reporting, forecasting, and operational insights
Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake, including creating and managing tables/views in a cloud-based environment; familiarity with data governance
Skilled in structuring datasets for scalable analytics and reporting
Hands‑on experience with PowerBI dashboard development and performance optimization
Ability to manage multiple high‑impact initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accountability and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights
Ability to craft compelling stories from data, turning complex analytics into clear, actionable insights
Strategic and analytical thinker with a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in ambiguous, project-based environments with multiple priorities

The Team The Dynamic Work PMO team sits at the intersection of Workforce Planning and Real Estate. We partner across Fidelity to create a connected, data-driven approach to space planning. Our work is grounded in collaboration and curiosity, solving complex challenges and delivering insights that guide how Fidelity uses its workspace. We focus on innovation and continuous improvement, turning data into practical solutions that support effective planning and meaningful outcomes.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
