Responsible for corporate homepage and social media content management, content marketing for publicity, communications, engagement, sales and branding
Attend to customer enquiries via all platforms in a timely manner
Strengthen company’s brand image and build a lasting digital connection and relationship with customers
Retail Marketing Plan, coordinate, execute retail marketing activities, campaigns and events through different channels, platforms and mediums to achieve improved sales, consumer engagement and brand awareness, thereby building loyalty and a healthy, active and buzzing community
Work closely with different internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and execute marketing activities and campaigns
Build relationship and collaborate with suppliers, retailers and other partners on promotions and events
Develop collaterals such as online materials, promotional advertisements, press releases, etc
Provide good copywriting to maintain a consistent brand voice
Evaluate effectiveness of marketing and communication programmes using data and analytical tools
Pre-requisites
Degree with a preference for related disciplines
3 years of work experience in retail marketing, digital media, customer service and membership services preferred
Strong interest in Retail and Digital Marketing & Management
Possesses creativity, great initiative, strong interpersonal & organizational skills, good communication skills and meticulousness
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced retail environment
A resilient, service‑oriented team player who is also able to work independently
Must be willing to work after‑office hours including retail‑based hours, and on weekends/public holidays at retail storefronts for promotions, events, membership drive, etc. on the occasion
Effectively bilingual (spoken & written)
Understanding of CRM programme and social media platforms will be added advantages
