– Mankato Motor Co. (part of the Rydell Automotive Group) is hiring an experienced Automotive A-Level Technician (also called Auto Mechanic, Automotive Service Technician, or Master Tech candidate) to join our high‑volume, productive service team.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
Top technicians earn $100,000+ annually (flat rate pay + performance bonuses). Sign‑on bonus for highly qualified candidates. Relocation assistance available up to $4,000 for the right candidate. 401(k) with company match.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on all systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC.
Conduct inspections and test drives using state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic tools.
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and teammates about repairs and timelines.
Complete warranty and customer‑pay repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an A‑Level Automotive Technician (Master Tech certification a plus).
Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to pass a background check and drug test.
