Job Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of presales engineers, post-sales support engineers, and maintenance engineers. Performing resource planning for the Technical Team to support the business on existing product portfolio and newly onboarded product brands. Overseeing the Technical Team development and evaluating team performance metrics Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of presales, post-sales, and maintenance support services. Identify and implement tools, technologies, and processes to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in cybersecurity technologies and network performance solutions. Ensure the successful implementation and deployment of cybersecurity and network performance and monitoring solutions for customers. Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and retention. Any other adhoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity and network performance and monitoring solutions in managing presales, post-sales delivery and maintenance teams in a technical support environment. At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position. Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP, etc.) and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, SD-WAN, etc.). Certifications in advanced cybersecurity or networking (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCSM, CCNP, CCIE) Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
