Define, design, and implement frontend architecture using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern UI frameworks. Develop scalable component libraries, design systems, and reusable code patterns. Lead technical discussions, provide architecture blueprints, and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into responsive, accessible, and performant applications. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices‑based backends. Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications. Optimize applications for performance, security, and cross‑browser/device compatibility. Mentor and guide developers, perform code reviews, and foster continuous improvement within the frontend team. Work closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements. Requirements
10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years focused on React.js. Proven experience as a Frontend Architect or Technical Lead in enterprise‑scale projects. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (SASS, Tailwind, Styled Components). Expertise in state management tools (Redux, MobX, Context API). Experience with server‑side rendering (Next.js) and micro‑frontend architectures. Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration patterns. Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of security practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization frameworks). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred but not required
Experience with enterprise‑level applications in finance, e‑commerce, or telecom. Knowledge of design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, custom UI frameworks). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture. We offer
