Vice President of Human Resources
to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all facets of human resources. Reporting to the COO, this executive will guide a talented HR team and collaborate with senior leadership to drive initiatives in talent management, culture, leadership development, and organizational growth. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the HR team, overseeing all areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance
Partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational values
Drive culture and engagement initiatives to enhance retention and promote a high‑performance environment
Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring programs remain competitive and aligned with company objectives
Champion automation and system modernization initiatives, including the transition to a new HRIS platform
Manage leadership development and succession planning efforts to strengthen future talent pipelines
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on organizational structure, performance management, and employee relations
Partner with external brokers and vendors to optimize benefits programs and open enrollment processes
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including oversight of multiple HR functions
Proven ability to lead both strategic and day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑paced, evolving business
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable HR initiatives
Experience implementing HR systems (Paycor, UKG, or similar) and driving process improvement
Demonstrated success building engagement, culture, and leadership development programs
Skilled communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels of the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or SHRM‑SCP/SPHR certification preferred
